The pipe diameter is 1000mm, wall thickness is 18mm, and the zinc coating thickness is 100μm, which can ensure that the pipes have good corrosion resistance in the high-temperature and high-humidity environment. For the coastal pipeline segment (length 50 kilometers), which is affected by seawater corrosion, Shengtao Metal selected 2205 duplex stainless steel pipes. 2205 duplex stainless steel has excellent seawater corrosion resistance, high strength, and good toughness, which is suitable for the coastal environment. The pipe diameter is 800mm, wall thickness is 22mm, and the tensile strength is 620MPa, yield strength is 450MPa, which can withstand the impact of seawater and the pressure of oil and gas transmission. The company also carried out passivation treatment on the surface of the pipes, which further improved the corrosion resistance of the pipes.
