A: Quality is our lifeline. We use direct supply from large steel mills to ensure material traceability. Each shipment comes with a Material Quality Certificate (MTC). We have our own quality control team that conducts random checks on material composition, dimensional tolerances, surface finish, and mechanical properties. Q: What are your delivery times and logistics solutions for overseas customers?
A: For standard-specification in-stock products, we can complete preparation and shipment within 7-14 days. Delivery times for customized products will be determined through negotiation based on the specific process. We have established international logistics partners who can arrange full container load (FCL), less-than-container load (LCL), or air freight according to your needs, and provide various trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP, with door-to-door service.
Q: As a new customer, how do I begin cooperation? Can you provide samples for testing?
